About the Space

Luxury 8th-floor penthouse in Downtown Vancouver. My place has been fully renovated, air-conditioned, modern with 3 full bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, the living room offers a 75" Samsung TV and Sonos system throughout with automated roller blinds. Lots of open space, 1250 sq ft interior, my lower patio is 400 sq ft with an outdoor seating area, fire table, BBQ, water feature and has a 7 person private hot-tub. My upper private rooftop patio is another 1250 sq ft with patio furniture, fire table, BBQ, outdoor dining area for 8 people with lots of trees - truly a one-of-a-kind penthouse. Great for smaller events e.g. weddings, networking, engagements, photography, TV commercials, movies etc. Pricing is different for weddings, please contact me for more details.
