1820's farmhouse with weathered exterior and a working 250 acre commercial goat's milk dairy. Multiple 1980-2000 era barns (low and long) 400+ dairy goats, milking facilities, defunct sugarhouse, various outbuildings, acres of pastures, scrubby woodland, corn/soybean crops, stone walls, established forest, forested wetland and a chain of beaver ponds. Available for exterior, outdoor and barn shoots only. Please be aware that this property is a working dairy and our milking schedule will continue regardless of shooting. Film shoots in proximity of the milking parlor may be affected by noise in the morning and evening hours. Goats can be made available for shoots - please tell us what you need! Renters will be required to show proof of insurance. We will expect renters to follow a leave no trace policy while filming on the property. Interior of farmhouse is not included. We are available to answer any further questions you may have and look forward to speaking with you!
