About the Space

Excellent for film and photo shoots where a raw industrial feel is desired. Repurposed warehouse complex adjacent to the Genesee River. 140,000 sq ft total including raw warehouse (cast-in-place concrete construction with columns on 20-foot centers), gymnasium, finished offices, exposed brick, etc. Loading docks, forklift, and freight elevator available to help with load-in. We are continuously renovating the building into studio spaces for artists and small businesses, so the exact spaces available for short-term rental will change over time. Message me with your needs and we'll see if we can make something work!
