About the Space

All rentals require $1k flat fee for all grid and in-house lighting and grip. This expansive production studio and video podcast space in the heart of NYC has a full color, RGB lighting grid with DMX control. That means tons of ways to put your mark on your own look for your scene or pod with the flick of a switch. Cameras, Crew, Live Streams, Green Screen, Motorized Slider, Remote Viewing, Art/Sets & more available upon request. When set up for podcasts we can comfortably fit six or more people in this space. All furniture in our space is available to use with every rental, and if you want us to order something or to bring something in that's fine too. We can also build custom backdrops, art, walls or anything else if you'd like to create a unique look for your production. This podcast room also has a state of the art control room available, an in room client/viewing room, a VIP greenroom with private 10th floor balcony and hair and makeup room. Ask about availability and costs. Price is per hour for the studio space only and there is a four hour minimum.. There is a required flat fee of $1k for all grid lighting and in-house G&E (waived on full days). Two sky panels, two 300d's, 600d, light panels, lots of grip and more. Ask about our smaller, less expensive video podcast room, or our living room set, perfect for 2-4 people.
