This newly renovated, midtown semi-detached home, is the perfect location for your next production! The home was fully renovated in the last year and includes an open concept main floor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious dining area and living room. The style of the home is "modern farmhouse" that is highlighted through beautiful lighting fixtures, open wooden kitchen shelves and beam and a large feature kitchen island. Our house has access to free street parking, a garage for overnight storage and a driveway if needed. The owners can offer flexible scheduling with regards to availability and vacating the premises.

    Me. the crew and talent had a fantastic experience at this location. Beautiful, lots of space and great for shooting your video projects. Dustin's attention was amazing and I would totally book it again for future projects. I totally recommend this location.

    Dustins' space was amazing and beautiful - exactly as pictured. He was incredibly accommodating and was very responsive. I would highly recommend this space to anyone.
