Beautiful character two story apartment built in 1927 with original hardwood flooring and filled with natural light through large antique windows and skylights. With Scandinavian design influence and minimalist nuances, this apartment is decorated with a collection of hand-thrown ceramics, books and mid-century modern furniture. This apartment includes: two bedrooms (one on the main floor and one upstairs with skylights), a large living room, one bathroom and kitchen complete with dining booth/nook. This apartment is available for photoshoots and films.

Great lighting! Living room is well lit in the day. The carpet does have some stains upstairs so keep that in mind for your shot list.
