We offer a 1850 sqft adaptable open space with a clean modern warehouse feel perfect for photo and film shoots, presentations, auditions, networking meets, industry events, fashion shows and pop-ups. Our studio is an ideal space for any professional shoot or event. This is an operating photo/film studio with 14ft high truss ceilings and a 14ft wide cyclorama wall. The space comes equipped with a sofa seating area, folding chairs (10), WiFi, HDMI projector, sound system, 2 clothing racks, worktables and chairs for easy set-up for stylists and a makeup vanity area with bulb mirror. Conveniently located in the Botany Village/Downtown area in Clifton, NJ - 20 minutes outside Manhattan approachable from all major highways and public transportation. It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac for great privacy when moving in and out. Your rental includes: - 3 Flo Lights - Continuous Lighting System - Backdrops (grey and black) - Green Screen (20 ft.) - Color Gels - Playback - Dressing Room - Free WiFi *24hr access available for unique situations. *Prices are for production/creative shoots only.
