About the Space
Our 2000 square foot office has been designed for work and play. Central downtown location at King and Duncan. A 5 minute walk to St Andrew station. Transition space that can be used for video productions, photoshoots, team meetings, workshops etc. - Fully furnished office space with 11 desks to work from - Kitchen / living space with couches for meetings / off-sites - Round table area and chairs for presentations - Small four person boardroom - Multiple backdrops and setting for production / filming - Quiet, especially on weekends! - Large elevator Tons of natural light from the 10 huge windows that fill the space Hardwood floors 3rd floor Central downtown location (King and Duncan) Fully equipped kitchen (minus oven and stove) Kettle and Coffee Maker 1 x furnished breakout room WiFi Sonos system Private M/F bathrooms See pictures for furnished elements but almost everything can be moved around to fit your requirements (the exception is large items like bookshelves, couches) Currently available 7 days a week (evenings and weekends too) *Weekend rentals must be full day rentals* **Discount provided for full 8 hour rentals, and further discount provided for multiple day rentals* Reach out to inquire and we will send a custom rate :)

The space itself is perfect for a group sessions, or if you need to break out into smaller groups, and creates a cozy feeling that helps make meetings easier. Would highly recommend this space!

The space was exactly as depicted (gorgeous, bright, clean, organized) and the renters were very communicative and friendly - they answered all our questions and had everything we needed (wifi passwords, bathroom codes) set up for us when we arrived. It was an easy, smooth board meeting, and everyone loved the space and wanted to come back!!
