About the Space

Clean, open, spacious yoga studio available for rent for retail pop up events, photography, plant medicine ceremonies, private gatherings such as birthday parties and showers, and fitness/yoga/dance classes. May also be used for massage/counselling/physiotherapy and other practitioner services. $60/hour to a maximum of $350/day. There is no time restriction (rent as late as you'd like with no rush to get out!) The space does not have mirrors on the wall, nor does it have tables or chairs (but you are welcome to bring your own!) There are approximately 50 small bulbs providing white light with dimmers, and ample natural light. We also have warm lighting options for those seeking a more calming/intimate option. We do have a single use washroom, but no fridge/cooking facilities. Fire capacity is 50 but we find 20-25 people fit comfortably for ceremonies/workshops/classes and 40 people for parties/dances/social events. The floor plan is available and the number of people is up to your discretion up to 50. The space is located right on the main street of Port Moody with plenty of walk by and drive by traffic. Surrounded by coffeeshops, condos, and independent small businesses, there is high exposure for your event/pop up/class. Short walk from Moody Centre skytrain station. Free street parking available as well as free visitor parkade parking. There is no cleaning fee if you leave the space as it was found. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if the space requires a cleaning after your use.

    Great space for rent. Dawn is lovely!!! We would recommend. Open concept. easy to contact, good response time, facilities were clean. Only note: the space is not empty as photographed, and has furniture and other daily use items that cannot be removed, that are not reflected in the photos. You may have less room than anticipated in the main and back areas.

    Outstanding communication; Dawn was so kind to speak to and very efficient. She provided all the details we needed and accommodated us. The space was very clean, open space, had white walls with white lighting, was the perfect size, and had a bathroom as well. I highly recommend booking with Dawn, and I will be wanting to book with her in the future as well!
