This Loft is perfect for any small event. 1850sqf (including Rooftop terrace) equipped to entertain a responsible group. The large kitchen makes it a breeze to set up catering equipment or feel free to use all the kitchen-aid appliances. Location Rules
- Absolutely NO unauthorized Parties! Unit comes with a mandatory butler service (free) for groups larger than 8 adults. All rentals must respect local zoning bylaws. End time for all events is 11pm. Minimum rental time is 4hrs plus cleaning fee. Any booking resulting in an UNAUTHORIZED Party or groups resulting in larger numbers then the agreed amount of guest, will result in immediate termination of the agreement without refund and security deposit.
