About the Space

Our space is cozy, comfortable setting, perfect for a host of many activities and occasions such as trainings, meetings, small conferences, workshops, lectures and corporate parties etc. Our space comes fully equipped with a state-of-the-art Smartboard, audio system, free-standing microphones, chairs (with or without tables), air-conditioning, and heating. Centralized and located within easy access getting in and around the city via public transportation. Rates: Weekend (Saturday) rates: $130/hour Delivery of materials: Prior to the event, the guest/ representative of the guest will need to be present to receive all deliveries associated with the event. We will not be responsible for receiving deliveries.

  • Rules Possession and/or use of intoxicants, including beer or wine, is prohibited in the Facility. Animals, birds, and other pets are not permitted in the Facilities, except for guide dogs. Vacating Premises: At the end of an event, guest shall quietly and peaceably vacate the Facility and remove its employees, agents, contractors, licensees, guests and invitees and their property from the Facility so that the Facility is in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) as at the inception of the Event. The Center strives to create a clean and sanitary environment for all of its visitors, and we rely upon the many groups and organizations who rent space from us to help maintain that environment. Therefore, please bring trash bags to the event. All materials (including, but not limited to, lighting, decorations, equipment, food, party rentals) must be removed from the Center’s premises. The Center will not be responsible for loss or damage of any materials left at The Center by the User. The User is responsible for cleaning any spills and all trash must put in a trash-bag and deposited near the freight elevator.
