49 acre Italian Villa built in 1930's, meticulously maintained and magnificently landscaped. Peacocks roam freely on the estate, which also has donkeys, chickens, guinnea hens, and swans along with a butterfly hut and a gazebo frequented by humming birds. In addition to the main mansion, there are several other houses on the property including a 5 bedroom lake house. There is also a yoga hut overlooking the lake, a greenhouse with hydroponic towers, a sprouting hut, a lecture hut, a gym, an art studio, a barn, and 4 working fountains. The property also maintains a tractor, a golf cart and several other vehicles for getting around.
