About the Space

Breathtaking New York style Brutalist/Bohemian loft with stunning corner views in the heart of DTLA. Featuring very tall 20ft ceilings, custom solid black concrete floors, 5 large black frame windows made of 200 year old redwoods (on both sides of the loft), exposed beams and concrete columns. Designed by John Parkinson this loft is located in a 175-foot 12 story Historical Building. Built in 1904, this building was known as the first skyscraper in Los Angeles. One of select few spaces featuring Mid-century Designer Furniture with accents of the buildings original historical tile dating back from 1904. Filled with natural light the sun beautifully radiates this space all morning, day, and evening with varying shades of natural light. Especially perfect for golden hour and morning light. Multi-functional space perfect for many different productions such as photoshoots, films, music videos, commercials, showrooms, office/work space, interviews, proposals, meetings, and art exhibitions. @1202.space
