This space is about 720 SF with a south-east-facing window and a 9' white and black vinyl backdrop. It comes with 3 Einsteins already on c-stands, with three available or requested light modifiers. There is also a changing tent, a mini fridge, and a rolling cart. Only 10 people are included in the studio rental, we charge $5 per person (flat-rate) over the first 10 - No heels are allowed in the aqua zone basin or any type of shoes/objects with pointed/sharp parts. The renter is responsible for any accidental or intentional waterproofing damage. - Studio releases any responsibility for any damage including from water or humidity to the renter’s equipment and/or props, outfits and other items brought to the renter’s reservation. - Renter is responsible for damages of the equipment provided by the studio. - Water coming from ‘rain’ system or hose is not filtered, and is regular tap water, we do not recommend drinking it. - Floor and other surfaces/objects might become slippery, which may result in falling and injuries – be careful around water and wet surfaces. - If you have any medical conditions related or affected by moisture, humidity and/or water – use Aqua Zone at your own discretion and consult with your doctor before using it. Included with the Stage rental (already inside the stage) EQUIPMENT: 1 x wireless trigger, 1 x receiver, 3 x Einsteins E640, 3 x alien bees power cords, 3 x light modifiers – your choice of three or any available, 2 x 40” c-stands, 1 x 20" c-stand, 1 x mini boom, 3 x sandbags, 3 x a-clamps, 2 x extension cords, 1 x power strip, 1 x full apple box, 2 x v-flats, 1 x rolling cart, Also inside the stage: - 1 x 6' black folding table, - 2 x black folding chairs, - make up station with dimmable lights and two stools, - 1 x clothing rack (no hangers), - 1 x full body mirror, - changing area, - 1 x speaker with bluetooth/aux cord, - mini fridge. Provided at NO EXTRA COST upon request (shared between all the stages, subject to availability): -extra sandbags, -extra a-clamps, -extra apple boxes, -extra extension cords, -c-stand arms, -additional c-stands, -lastolite reflectors, -fans, -studio stools, -steamer. -Rates exclude cleaning/damage fee (billed only upon occurrence). -Additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord, and available light modifier). - For any bookings earlier than 8 am or later than 11 pm, add $25/hr for any extra time (billed in total hours). - Stage is not soundproof.
