The estate is home to three separate renovated private residences surrounding a 5 acre private lake, a newly refinished tennis court with US Open colors, 10 stall horse barn, several old school red barn buildings, kayaks, paddle boats and other lake accessories. The property boasts open fields with hay bails, hiking trails, several fresh water streams and lots of deer. The nature is abundant and the property is completely disconnected from the outside world but only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Manhattan by car. There are various antiques posted outside the homes and barns as well as an old school blue farm tractor.
