As you enter this high-end 2,000+ sq ft home, you’re greeted with an expansive open floor plan, tall windows and wide sliding doors to the balcony creating an indoor-outdoor experience with panoramic views that will dazzle your cinematography. The hardwood floors, exposed beamed ceiling, and recessed lighting throughout the main floor give this home a peaceful energy, making it the perfect spot for your production to unfold precisely in line with your creative vision. Most location scouts who see the property are typically surprised at the available space and layout of this home. Based on feedback, we can safely say the pictures do not do the space justice.
