This is a very unique and authentic location with a lot of character, and Antonietta is a wonderful host.

THIS LOCATION IS GREAT FOR FILMING / PHOTO /and VIDEO SHOOTS AVAILABLE FOR EXTENDED FILMING AVAILABLE FOR EXCLUSIVE OUTDOOR FILMING AVAILABLE ALL SEASONS This location is a 2 storey red brick house with a basement. It was built in the late 1960"s /1970"s. The interior original features have never been changed. The kitchens and bathrooms are the original design and construction. The property is impeccably clean. Some vintage items still remain--table/chairs set/ vintage TV console/ white stove/vintage bed and dresser etc. It is very spacious with minimal items to move. Apart from the vintage/modern kitchens and bathrooms; the other rooms can be used as generic any era space. The basement is unfinished--bare block walls/laminate floors/original bathroom, and laundry room. The backyard is quite large with patio/grass/vegetable garden/ numerous greenery of bushes/trees/garage/flowers/wood pile/etc. lot size of 40 ft. x 140 ft. The driveway is long --from the street to the garage-easily for 3 cars. Nice spacious neighbourhood. Important to be respectful of neighbours and their properties.
