The rain prohibited the initial plans for outside footage. The pond was the focal point of my reason for wanting to book this property. I'm grateful for my videographer being passionate about his craft, his captured the perfect shots on the inside. The owner communicated with me and allowed privacy during production. Loved the experience, book it!

2.5 acres with 2 houses, a 20x40 out building and a workshop/garage with carport! The property boasts a grape covered arbor overlooking a pond with an amazing fountain!
It is a working mini farm with chickens, ducks and one goose. We are in process of establishing a botanical garden/arboritum, so there is a plethora of tree and plant species on site.
The property was originally built in the 1830's as a stand alone log cabin. You can see the beautiful hand hewn log and chink that makes up the living room of the main house. All original.
There are several additions including a hot tub in the main bedroom and a bath with claw foot tub with a urinal.
Under the arbor is ample room for gatherings or events. Nearby is an open garden with a plant fountain and a stump table for conversation.
A1/1 house is available, when not being rented as an AIRBB, for catering, classroom or extra space.
There is large lawn area for a wedding tent should that be needed.
