2 bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens NYC Friends say home is comfortable and cozy with eclectic and architectural touches. Apartment paint is Farrow and Ball. Crown molding throughout. Artwork from trips around the world (Europe, Borneo, SE Asia etc) Chef’s kitchen; slate floors; granite countertops Living room off of kitchen: bookcases and deep sofa with coffee tables and TV Dining room in front of apt - mid century modern; seats six with two extensions possible; buffet; liquor cabinet Spare room off of DR - couch opens into a bed; desk and chair; bookcase Master bedroom - queen bed and bureau and wardrobe Kid’s bedroom - colorful, twin bed; two bureaus Bathroom with deep tub and Japanese bidet (Can be booked for full days or partial days. Prep time and wrap up time if on additional days can be booked hourly or as a half day fee.)

It was a wonderful experience shooting here. Not only was the apartment beautiful, the owner was very accommodating and easy going. Solange has helped me a ton since I first booked. I had to move my production dates several times and each time she was very understanding.
