If you need a quite location to shoot, this is a great spot. Aside from a few dogs, this location is dead quite. The location itself has a unique look. The location has trails, small canyons and boulders everywhere. A great spot to film anything that deals with hiking. The owners are very friendly and flexible with your booking. I filmed a movie at night and the owner built us a fire and brought electric heaters to help keep us warm. Well worth the price for any independent filmmakers.

A beautiful 2.5 acre lot with a variety of unique features in a private canyon. It backs up to BLM land. Minutes from theKern River, Kernville and Lake Isabella. Includes a 900 sq ft barn/garage, stone and brick fireplace, rolling hills, flat land, creek bed, rock garden surround by boulders,boulders all over and wildlife abounds(deer, birds etc..) Old home foundation, terraced land with natural rocks, fruit trees, berries and a variety of vegetation. Has electric, water and gas-all for hook up. Valley views, and natural landscape.
