This fascinating space is one of the oldest brick carriage houses in Los Angeles County. It has been many things over the years and is a very flexible building depending on how you furnish it. A vaulted ceiling is highlighted by original wood beams. The floors are concrete with antique rugs. The kitchen has charming blue cabinetry and butcher-block countertops. The bathroom has antique plumbing fixtures that could be from any era. There is a closet, a wardrobe, a kitchen table, writing desk, and a 4-poster bed. Most of the furnishings are period-correct, from the late 19th century. Everything can easily be moved out if depending on your needs. We also have a loading area off the alley and a large garden area that youre welcome to use. There is a pool/spa and a variety of plant material in our English landscape, including a variety of trees, roses, etc. The main house is also available for filming on this platform.
