The space feels like a step back in time from the moment you walk in. Aesthetic features: - Custom 1970's-inspired yellow floral wallpaper - Custom built-in TV playing authentic 1960's-1970's adverts, fashion shows, interviews - Custom shelving and flower racks - Custom eye table with rainbow floor mural - Spaceship-inspired fitting room featuring floor to ceiling yellow floral wallpaper and custom oval mirror - Handmade clothing made in-house by our family for sale throughout the store - Vintage-inspired home decor and accessories throughout Logistical features: - 2,000 sq. ft single-story floor plan with painted concrete floor throughout - Ground level, easy load-in and load-out - Plenty of metered street parking directly in front of entrance, free after 6pm - Access to back half manufacturing space with industrial sewing machines, cutting table, fabric rolls. This is a multi-purpose space. The front half is a retail front, the back half is a full manufacturing space with industrial sewing machines, cutting table, fabric rolls, and shipping area. There is also a lunch corner featuring a tulip table and tulip chairs. The back half may be utilized as storage for equipment during your duration, if only shooting in the front retail area. **VERY IMPORTANT: Rate listed applies for booking during MONDAY-WEDNESDAY. Rate doubles THURSDAY-SUNDAY when the store is open to the public, to cover loss of in-store sales.** We highly recommend booking Monday-Wednesday if possible for your team.
