Clean, well kept 2 story house with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, & 2200 square feet on a cul de sac with a 3/4 acre lot. Vintage kitchen. Big front & back yards. Original owner. House next door can be rented for production office space. Used in 3 shoots this year so far. Very attentive to production needs & schedule. Styles: Retro, vintage, traditional, colonial, 60s-70's-80's Features: Front Porch, Fireplace, Back Patio, Carport, AND Period Furniture and Accessories
