A truly untouched, mid century ranch on a massive lot that spills into Debs park. It sits on a quiet dead end street with views overlooking the park and east LA. The back of the house extends out to a 20' x 42' in-ground pool (currently empty) and several terraces extend down the backyard to an old workshop and tractor shed right on Deb's park. The property is fully empty for a few months and ready to rent and be dressed accordingly.
