Great location and host. This house is well maintained, gives an old world charm and provides multiple looks within one location. It's a corner lot, so ample street parking (when permitted) within the property for easy load-in/load-out access. Quite area, conveniently located blocks from stores for all your production support needs. Host was friendly, accommodating, upfront and staightorward about location parameters. And he's funny, too. Highly recommend.
