About the Space
This 1936 Emotional Spanish Deco t evokes all the luxury and decadence the Golden Age of the 1920's and 1930's had to offer. Stained glass picture window with center shield, ziggurat archways, original sunburst design wood burning fireplace, and peg and groove hardwood floors. In 1991, noted Architect James Delong remodeled the kitchen and brought Southwestern influences by introducing New Mexico motifs to the kitchen tiles and etched motifs in the kitchen skylights as well as on the windows in each of the bathrooms. The recently remodeled swimming pool, landscaped yard and freshly painted home exterior makes this an iconic California home. Ample street parking, production friendly neighbors, and two points of entry into the property from two adjoining streets makes loading in and out easier.
