About the Space
Beautiful Spanish Style home with tons of character in the West Adams Area of Los Angeles. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with lots of natural light and large rooms. The bathroom was recently remodeled but designed to keep the old Spanish charm in place. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The garage has been converted into a studio apartment with a full bathroom, kitchenette, big wooden windows and plenty of character . The yard is beautifully landscaped with exotic flowers, fruit trees, a large deck, and a gazebo.
