About the Space
A flexible creative studio in St-Henri designed for photo shoots, video productions, interviews, branded content, music videos, and editorial work. This 1,350 sq. ft. space offers multiple shoot-ready environments in one location, making it easy to capture a variety of looks within a single booking. The 1930s Office: A richly styled vintage set centered around a full library wall, antique desk, red patterned rug, and carefully selected period props. The space features old books, a banker’s lamp, guest chairs, a reading corner, and large windows with burgundy blackout curtains that help shape the mood. It works beautifully for editorial shoots, interviews, storytelling scenes, and cinematic content. This set can stay true to its 1930s feel, lean more Victorian, take on a modern twist, or be flipped into a Whiskey Lounge setup. The 80s Loft: A bold and distinctive set with a white base and carefully layered chrome, silver, orange, brown, red, blue, beige, and green accents. Glass tables, iconic 80s-inspired artwork, floor plants, and statement decor give the space a strong retro character while keeping it polished and versatile on camera. Ideal for fashion, beauty, product campaigns, artist content, social media shoots, and modern editorial work. The Main Hall: The largest and most flexible area in the studio. Its open layout gives creators the freedom to build their own setup using our furniture and styling pieces. It can be transformed into a bar, restaurant, speakeasy, vintage lounge, office, or kept minimal as an open backdrop for clean studio-style content. Paper backdrops can also be set up in this space. Common Area & Amenities: Dining table, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, SodaStream, steamer, makeup area, restroom, cart, and basic light kits — everything your crew needs on set. Levi was the most accommodating host I've had so far and the venue was absolutely beautiful; it's a brand new studio and their 1930's library decor is wonderful. The hosts are more than willing to help out with any problems and assist you, and they greatly value the creative and artistic aspect of the craft. I recommend them to anyone who wants to shoot there, it's a beautiful studio with amazing potential for photography. Levi a été l'hôte le plus accommodant que j'ai eu jusqu'à présent et le lieu était absolument magnifique ; c'est un studio flambant neuf et leur décor de bibliothèque des années 1930 est magnifique. Les hôtes sont plus que disposés à vous aider en cas de problème et à vous assister, et ils accordent une grande importance à l'aspect créatif et artistique de l'artisanat. Je les recommande à tous ceux qui souhaitent y faire des prises de vue, c'est un magnifique studio qui offre un potentiel incroyable pour la photographie.

What an amazing experience we had working on this unique place. Spacious and intimate, the studio offers a unique taste of an old-fashioned office. You will be impressed by the detailed reconstruction of the walls and by all the items that composed the scene. The host is so welcoming and careful towards the people around him. Don't hesitate to ask for an extra hand if you need one. The host will be more than happy to help you.
