1930's Mediterranean Style Mansion on the Hollywood Hills, in Los Angeles, California ,designed by renowned architect JH Parks ,available for filming, events , short term and vacation rentals . The property is located on 1 acre lot inside Griffith Park surrounded by lush California landscape. The property comprises a main house (5000 sq/ft) that offers 3 suites (each w/ en-suite bathroom), 2 additional bedrooms w/ Jack-n-Jill bathroom, along with two studio offices and a state of the art recording studio (Speakeasy Room Studio). Our recording studio was a real Speakeasy clandestine bar during the proibition era , we created the vocal booth inside the original bar and maintained flooring and wall paintings. Speakeasy Room Recording Studio has been functional for 15 years and welcomed notable artists as Chance the Rapper, Ricky Martin ,Janelle Monae , Brody Dalle, Bebe Rexha, etc Our Recording engineers available 24/7 for all your creative needs.(separate cost) Access to the recording studio is available upon request. The estate includes also a two story guest house, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. ( available at an extra cost) The Estate is a big property and has many different outdoor and indoor spaces, contact us to understand what is the best option for you. Amenities include heated salt water pool, gazebo, bbq ,meditation area. We can offer an all inclusive artist retreat package: a private chef, masseuse ,sound baths.
