Built in 1929 this authentic Spanish stucco home has tons of charm. Situated on a 10,000 square foot lot it is has all of the charm of many countries. Spain, Mexico, South America, and Europe, are represented in this home as well as cool and casual southern CA lifestyle. Updated in 2016 it's small and mighty. Located on the top of a hill, on a beautiful tree lined street one can see the planes take off, the mountains, and on a clear day the Hollywood sign from the kitchen bay windows. The backyard is the feature of the home with 2 large backyards and a driveway to die for. This backyard is perfect for outdoor events, location shoots for movies.
