About the Space
1927 Tudor nestled on the eastern side of South Mountain and overlooking the Hudson Valley. Adjoining state park and hiking trails. Contemporary white / white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large living room with fire place and access to patio with gazebo. Enclosed porch in back, exposed stone with cypress ceiling and long leaf yellow pine floors used as dining / family room. Finished attic with bedroom, studio and bathroom with clawfoot tub. Large grounds, very private area.

What We Loved: ✔ Authentic Tudor Details – The stained-glass windows, exposed beams, and grand fireplace added incredible texture and depth to our shots. ✔ Flexible Spaces – From the cozy library to the sunlit conservatory, each room offered a distinct look without needing excessive set dressing. ✔ Natural Light Control – Large windows provided beautiful diffused lighting, while blackout options made night shoots seamless. ✔ Easy Logistics – The owners were incredibly accommodating, with ample parking and a smooth load-in process.
