Our house is a charming, very nostalgic 1927 Spanish style oasis with all of the dreamy details. Tucked in the triangle of West Toluca, it's a gem built in 1927 filled with original windows a ton of natural light and and original details that include; a fireplace with original batchelder tile, barreled and beveled ceilings, wall sconces, arches galore, a picture window, built-in shelving, and an original stairwell leading to the rooftop. The house is 1555 square feet on an 8000 square foot lot. There is a dining room, extra large living room, kitchen, cocktail nook, hallway, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. All rooms are lined with windows or french doors, many of which open onto a lovely patio with string lighting overhead a table with chairs and potted succulents with a little gate leading to the backyard. The large backyard is lined with foliage and a gravel patio area with string lights above. There is also a large front porch with rocking chairs and potted plants. The rustic charm of the property is paired with our minimal, but very eclectic and distinctive style throughout. It's a very special, romantic property. Can also have a southwest look.
