About the Space
Looking for a Los Angeles thrill ride? Step inside a 1926 three-story gothic castle high in the Hollywood Hills, featuring a dramatic turret with stained glass and a curated world of dark and macabre curiosities. Each room opens new possibilities to embellish your production, showcasing unique props and objects from the homeowner's 35 years behind the camera in the world of horror and dark cinema. This is a living prop house, filled with an extraordinary collection of rock 'n' roll and cinema memorabilia. Most props are available for your production. Just ask about artwork restrictions. Bookings must be a minimum of eight hours and any overtime is equal to 1.5x the hourly rate. Renter must supply an insurance COI to my production company. The Hollywood Sign + Hollywood Blvd are just a ten minute drive away. As your on-site location rep, I'll be available throughout your shoot and make sure you have what you need to bring your vision to life!
