About the Space
This is a 1922 corner lot craftsman-style single-family home in the Los Angeles area/Inglewood adjacent. This property is newly renovated with designer finishes and a contemporary appeal while retaining some of the original craftsman aesthetics. Natural lighting throughout, seamless open floor plan with a clear view from entry to the rear of the house. This is a three bedroom/ 1 bath home. The 3rd bedroom in the rear part of the home can be utilized as a makeup/wardrobe room or converted to an office space. The furnitures in the bedrooms are customizable and can easily be dissembled or removed if necessary. We have an expansive yard space to set up equipment and tents for your catering needs. The property is secured by a wooden fence obstructing public view giving you complete privacy and security. This a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood. However, depending on the size of cast and crew, we recommend alternative ways to arrange transportation to the studio such as rideshare or a secured parking lot if necessary. The closest parking lot is at the K-Line Metro Station - Fairview Heights Station located at 1130 E Redondo Bl, Inglewood, CA 90302; $3 parking daily rate; 80 spaces parking structure. The parking lot is 1.0 mile away; 4 min drive, 20 min walk. The property is central and a short distance from the 405, 110, and 105 Interstate highways. Short distance from LAX airport, USC, SOFI stadium, and Forum. The house is inviting, restful, airy, pet-friendly, and possesses great vibes and that good ole family charm. Great for filming, video and commercial shoots, social media content, and photography.

We booked this shoot on short notice for a last-minute client project, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was clean, functional, and easy to access. Robert was very communicative throughout our booking process. It was also very quiet. Our only disturbance was a brief period of gardener noise from the house next door in the afternoon. Would definitely shoot here again!
