1924 Spanish Revival- convenient to shopping & dining. Best house on the block! 3 large beds, 1.5 baths. Approx. 1800 sq. ft. Great neighborhood, easy parking, feels like a home not an apartment. Hardwood floors, fireplace, French doors, newer kitchen, balcony, patio. Non-smoking building. AC. No pets. Easy street parking. Our property is good for photo shoots and small movie/TV shoots. We have a very nice indoor/outdoor flow with French doors that open onto a deck with seating area. Also includes a fire pit, turf yard, grill and comfortable swinging egg chair.
