About the Space

Circa 1920 Brick building/Storefront with a mid-century modern and industrial feel inside. Dark orangeish stained concrete flooring with a lot of variation and unique "tiling" design. Walls are off-white stucco with a few spots of bricks showing through. High 16' black ceilings with exposed silver HVAC and dimmable spotlighting. Small kitchenette area at the back of the space with white stone counter, black cabinets, and silver pressed-tin look backsplash. Small fridge. Tiny microwave. Very small back room with counter and orange floors. Two industrial-styled bathrooms with orange flooring, white fixtures with an exposed brick wall, and off-white drywall. Main space is 16x60 and has a sound system with mics and Bluetooth. There is a dining area and a living room area set up at the front with a mid-century feel and a "Mine" light.
