Elegant brick house with period details and open plan kitchen/dining room. Located in leafy Westchester County, built in 1924, and fully renovated in 2019 in a clean modern interpretation of the original.
Spectacular original steel casement windows, on average 5'x5', floor to ceiling in the sunroom/playroom. Newly refurbished by the same master craftsmen trusted by Frank Lloyd Wrights’s Fallingwater. House is flooded with natural light and is south facing.
Decorated in a neutral palette of black, white, and natural wood tones, it’s ready for your set designer. Additional accessories available upon request.
