Nicole was such a great host! The project went extremely smooth and was able to be completed as planned. The house is stunning and has lots of items, which helped with making the film look realistic. I’d come here for any project, especially if it’s one that requires a great setting!

Incredible space and even better hosts! This was the perfect booking. The hosts are readily available, helpful, and also cool to hang out with. 10/10 Would book again and recommend it. Many areas to shoot, we barely scratched the surface. We will be back for sure.
Hills of Highland Park, this Historic 1907 house is cleverly built into hillside and looks like 2 floors from one side and 3 floors from other sides. Pointed, gothic rooftop with lots of dark wood and giant pillars at bottom gives it a spooky vibe - this Tudor/Arts and Crafts style starkly stands out in a neighborhood of all unique and different early 1900s housing. The house features 5 original and unique fireplaces (and an outdoor one off the separate garage building), original and gorgeous light fixtures, and tasteful, antique furnishing. So many staircases and doors! Dark wood paneling! 5 different fireplaces! Hallways! Features a foyer, library, dining room, large living room with awnings at large windows, servants pantry and back staircase, 2 sleeping porches (now closed in), large Master bedroom with Batchelder tile fireplace, claw foot bathtubs, outdoor stone fireplace on separate carriage building/garage, large cement floor laundry room, etc. I run my vintage clothing business from home, hence the store fixtures and mannequins in some photos - but it is all moveable and in own area. My teenage boy has room with a balcony. We have a basements/storage room and 3 car garage and shed and extra workroom to hide things in or get them out of way. Many vintage props available for use. Great for period/vintage filming and still photography with lovely lighting. We have so much to offer with our production-friendly property that looks like a movie set already!

Extremely helpful hosts who take pride in the historic nature of their home, and you should too! They are very clear with the rules and there if you need them for a quick consult. There are so many unique parts of this listing, from the labyrinthine backyard to the original fireplaces.
