About the Space
The early 20th-century architect, Frederick Roehrig designed the main house and carriage house in 1903. The one bedroom guest house complete with Batchedler tile fireplace was added in the early 1920’s. Many of the original features remain, while the kitchen has been renovated with stainless steel counter tops and center island. The two story carriage house has a woodworking shop on the ground floor with an entertainment room upstairs featuring a pool table and floor to ceiling industrial windows.
