About the Space
Red brick, Victorian Era home built in the year 1900, with a large porch that wraps around half of the house. There are huge pillars that grace and support the entire porch. Breathtaking carpentry can be appreciated in the wood carvings on the entirety of the house. The first floor was made into a Doctors office 30 years ago and as of now it is still that way until we completely restore it. The ceilings are all very high (12ft) and many rooms throughout the house have tall bay windows. One room available to rent , if you need more message me. One small bathroom for your use. No erotic film, adult films, or violent material allowed at our location. Renter must take all trash and materials that was left. Any other questions feel free to ask!

The place is in a beautiful area and the owners were so nice and accommodating. The space was good for filming and looked nice despite being in the middle of renovations. If you are looking for a place to film in NEPA, this is a great one for you.
