1897 Victorian home with 6 bedrooms, updated chefs kitchen w/ butler pantry. Awesome haunted house vibe. Property is registered as a Los Angeles Historic Monument known locally as the Danish Castle. 2 bedrooms are used for sleeping, the other rooms are used as an office, closets, and playroom. Wrap around porches on both 1st and 2nd floors. Tons of knick knacks and decorative pieces. Nice high 12 foot ceilings, spooky basement, classic Victorian attic with amazing widows crows nest and amazing views. Back yard has chicken coop. Property also has a 2 bedroom guest house which is a converted carriage house. It has sort of a farm house feel to it. Front yard slightly overgrown with flowers and native plants. Parts of the property are good for dilapidated shots as well.
