About the Space

Large private theatre, with 5 reclining seats, an L-shaped sofa (and extra seating available upon request). Room has a projector, DVD/Blue Ray player and a great sound system with easy to use instructions and labeled remotes. Many grouped lights on the high ceiling which allows for perfect control. Room is located on the bottom floor of the home and is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs. One half bathroom is attached to the room and an extra half bathroom is available on the main floor just above. There is a laundry room just off of the room that can also be used should you need an extra space. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prep food/drink etc. but must clean up after use. A non-shedding dog lives in the home with us and she is friendly. Great, large space to watch a film, teach a class, use for meetings, film an audition, or use for a photo shoot.

Please remove all shoes before entering premise. No smoking or drug use allowed in or on property. If you use the kitchen, please clean up after use. Suitable for work or social groups and gatherings, but not suitable for parties.
