About the Space
Conveniently located directly off of Bath Road in the west end of Kingston, this elegant studio space is the perfect blank slate to fit your needs. It is ideal for meetings, photoshoots, private events, seminars, workshops and more! Included in the space is a small fridge and microwave, an accessible washroom just across the hall, free WIFI, a smart TV, Apple TV, a white board with easel and markers, and free parking around the building. The pricing is $25 per hour with a minimum rental of 2 hours. $250 for a weekend (Saturday or Sunday). A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 24 hours prior to the rental date. Available - 18 chairs (more if needed). A few tables. Standing room for 40 people. 20-25 comfortably at tables. 30-35 just in chairs seated. **Since we book by the hours, some of the dates blocked off in the calendar might be available for part of the day.
