This is a beautiful historic home built in the 1880s The lush backyard creates privacy in the front and back. The home has been separated out into 5 apartments of which 3 can be rented for vacation rentals or production needs. The home is also available for exterior and common area filming if needed. The downstairs unit is a bright studio with original hardwood floors. The bright kitchen has been completely renovated with quartz countertops, quartz backsplash and new cabinetry. The bathroom off of the bedroom has also been renovated with a period style vanity and clawfoot tub recently refinished with cobalt blue exterior and gold feet. The 2nd unit we have is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath also with original flooring and brand new kitchen including quartz countertops and backsplash. The bedroom is large with a beautiful gold-trimmed mural behind the bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated to add a large marble-style shower and period-dated vanity. The 3rd space has not been renovated and we are currently using it for our workspace. The space is a finished attic apartment with a distressed kitchen and bathroom. The original wood planks on the walls have the signatures of the daughters of the original owners from the 1800s still shining through! The property has a large parking area, but you can also use the front side of the property under the power line to hide the vehicles during filming.
