180 acres adjacent to and overlooking the Mojave Trails National Monument and the Mojave Preserve. No buildings as yet but coming soon. This is the only private property with views seen in photos. there is an excellent well with abundant water if needed. Washes as seen in photos and other water features can have water flowing for shoots. A generator, wifi, portable restrooms, changing areas, and any needed equipment, trailers, etc can be provided on request with notice. The property is very secluded but only 2 miles off the 15 freeway. Property has three separate washes and many beautiful geological features. For large projects needing sets, production trailers, bath and shower trailers, etc, contact host and accommodations can be negotiated.
