18 acre lake and smaller 1 acre pond, the properly is well maintained, the bait shop has plenty of tackle, live bait, snacks, and drinks. The lake is regularly stocked (bass, crappie, catfish, bream), fertilized, and weeded. This location is perfect for your next event, video or photoshoots as it would best fit your projects for TV commercials, music videos, social media content, and a lot more.
