The main room, a 9000 sqft open space with 19’ ceilings, is perfect for large scale events or productions holding up to 1000 people. Fully equipped to handle corporate events, conferences, video/photography shoots, fashion/art shows, meetings and popups. We offer all of the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of functions. 16 Bathrooms/ 2 Handicap, Ground Level Load in dock/ramp, Freight Elevator. In the back of the space, guests have access to a 3,000 sqft private outdoor garden. An additional 5000 sqft space, referred to as the Rum Room (an old rum distillery) is adjacent to the main room. This can be rented independently or together.
