This bright and modern studio with 10 ft ceilings is conveniently located and has large north-facing windows, an outdoor patio, a private kitchen (fridge, stove, micro, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer & dryer), a full-size bathroom, WiFi, and additional photo equipment rental). The varieties of available pricing options (hourly studio rental and studio membership packages) can meet a wide range of professional artists' needs looking for a space in the Fraser Valley. It doesn't matter how big or small your projects are, you can create them in a professional setting. PRICES: - - - - - - - - - - - - Hourly Studio Rental: $65/hour. Studio usage outside regular hours might be a subject for extra fees. Please include your set-up and clean-up time. Daily: 425$/day Security Deposit: 300$ Cleaning Fee: $50

    Absolutely recommend this space. Communications were nice and easy, the space is bright, space, and well equipped, from the extra photography equipment to the kitchen, sink, and washroom. Really enjoyed using the space and can't wait to be back again. Our clients for the day loved the feel of the space as well. Thanks Sasha!

    I had a virtual wedding due to Covid at this photo studio and it was PERFECT. It fit our aesthetic and our wedding livestream worked out beautifully. Our photographer was able to use different areas of the space for wedding portraits. Sasha is an amazing host and VERY responsive. I recommend everyone to book this gorgeous space!!

We will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to items and materials brought into the premise. No nails, pins any equipment, or materials that may harm the finishing of the premise may be used, unless otherwise agreed upon by our staff. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
