160 acre ranch with an old yellow two story ranch house

About the Space

Our Ranch is a 160 acre working cattle ranch with an old yellow two story ranch house. As far as we have been able to tell the original portion was built in the 1900s with additions in the 60s. I have turned the one of the upstairs bedrooms into a bridal suite so it is cottage themed. That room has vaulted ceilings. There is a garage, blacksmith shop, several tack rooms and working corrals. I have a couple milking mini jersey cows also and a milking parlor. Chicken coops and gardens. There is a bachelor quarters in the style of a 1970s fifth wheel trailer. It’s fully operational for accommodations as an add on. We have a seasonal creek that runs through the middle of the 160 acres. We have multiple mature trees such as fruiting mulberry, almonds, sycamore and pines. There are a couple native oaks on the property as well as joshua trees on the lower end. We are surrounded by Tejon Ranch land on three sides of the property. We are completely off grid and supply our own power with solar and batteries. Generator when needed. Not a single city light can be seen from the ranch house. Plenty of usable water is available.
