Podcast studio in Bowmanville. 1km from 401. We're continually adding to, and improving our space to serve you better. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We have bluetooth connection capabilities for cell phone interviews. Studio includes use of: Audio Technica 2035 mics, and headphones. Steinberg UR22 and M-Audio speakers. WiFi, bathroom, multiple electrical outlets, and USB ports. Heat/AC. 10 1/2' ceiling height. Street parking available. Code lock entry.

Renters and their guests are responsible for observing these guidelines. Failure to do so will be grounds for early termination of booking, loss of future access to the studio and/or damages charges. We ask that everyone respect the space, neighbours, leaving the room clean and furniture returned to original location. BY RENTING THE STUDIO, THE RENTER, AND THEIR GUESTS AGREE TO: A maximum of four patrons permitted at any time. No smoking, or vaping of any substance inside studio, bathroom, or vestibule. No use of illicit drugs, or narcotics. No use of any type of flammable substance, and not to bring any such substance into studio. Remove and dispose everything from fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Be careful with all furniture. Put everything back in its original spot. Be 100% responsible for any missing equipment, or items. Use anything in the studio at own risk. Be 100% responsible for their own safety, and that of their guests. Not hold the lessor liable for injury, or death incurred on the premises to themselves, or their guests. Keep noise levels reasonable. Be 100% accountable for any items or damages that may occur. **NOTE FOR PODCAST AND MEDIA RENTERS ONLY: No food, or drink around Rodecaster, studio equipment, or microphones. Studio90Pen has no liability for damage, loss, or injury, and the renter (including their guests) indemnifies and holds the studio harmless against any claims. The renter is prohibited from carrying on illegal activities on the premises. TIME: All bookings must be finished and vacated from the room at the conclusion of scheduled time. CLEANING: Not charging a cleaning fee but we expect you to leave the studio in the same condition as when you checked in.
